Due to the nature of our handmade bags and purses, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return due to damage or an issue, you can contact us at megan@beecobags.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
Exchanges will only be made if the original order is damaged or there is an issue. To begin the exchange process, email megan@beecobags.com.
Refunds
Store credit will be given in the event of an issue based return or exchange.
